where in the world is carmen san diego?

currently sitting in my little apartment, wondering how on earth i ended up in sacramento *bleh* and how i soo badly want to get out and go see something other than the usual bums sitting outside the capitol building smoking who knows what... next year my best friends and i plan on going to india.
